EXPERIENCE AND DESIRE TO BUILD CAPABILITY IN OTHERS
In order for HR teams and organizations to truly flourish, they need to be able to build new capabilities critical for success. FABRIC’s philosophy is to build and embed these core skills necessary to bring the organization to the next level and not to solely focus on short-term deliverables. HR and organizational leaders need to be able to assess and solve for their own challenges in ways that are consistent with their culture and which are self-sustaining in the longer term. Karyn’s personal goal is for organizations to reduce their dependency on external consultants.
ABILITY TO HIRE AND DEVELOP GREAT TEAMS
Strong leaders truly make great organizations. Karyn’s well-honed assessment capabilities of people and situations and ability to provide customized organizational counsel are a core value provided by FABRIC.
A RELENTLESS FOCUS ON THE EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE
Karyn has had comprehensive experience in creating and implementing new approaches to managing a modern workforce across the entire employee life cycle from recruiting to rewards to retirement. Taking into account the organizational norms of a particular company, the composition of the employee workforce coupled with the long term goals of the organization are paramount.
